Vitamin B7

The role of VitH, is the transfer of CO2 by the pyruvate carboxylase , which is a metabolic pathway enzyme. It is necessary for growth, synthesis of fatty acids, synthesis of antibodies, synthesis of digestive enzymes and in B3 metabolism. Like all B group vitamins, Vit H also help the body, convert carbohydrates to energy, metabolizing fats and proteins, maintaining healthy skin, hair, eyes and liver. They also help nervous system function well.
Interpretation:Although it is rare, VitH deficiency results in fatigue,depression,nausea,muscle pain,hair loss and anemia.It is also characterised with scaly scalp condution,onset of diabetes and peripheral neurophaty ,a nerve damage in the feet,hands,legs or arms. High levels are not shown to cause any harm but may cause false results in some laboratory tests including hormone measurements like thyroid hormone.
