Interpretation:The test is performed after 2-7 days of sexual abstinence. Semen sample is taken under appropriate conditions and growth is ensured for culture. Bacteria identified as a result of culture are taken to antibiogram. The antibiotic to which it is sensitive is selected and treatment is started by informing the doctor.
