Factor VIII

Factor VIII is one of the clotting factors in the clotting cascade. If the body does not make enough Factor VIII, the condution is called Hemophilia A.This is a genetic disorder with easy bleeeding and bruising anywhere in the body.
Interpretation: When there is Factor VIII deficiency blood clotting is abnormally improper. There is currently no cure for Hemophilia A . The treatment is done with lifelong injections to prevent bleeding.
